Hotel displayed credit card placard as payment option but required cash payment. Bath room towels had holes and the air conditioner didn't cool the room. The heat was so unbearable that I checked out after first night. Management offered room upgrade from a studio to a 1 bedroom suite on the 2nd & 3rd day prior to my arrival but didn’t honor it.

The view. Tv, programms, ok.
Internet page lets look it all nice but the reality is different. Old, very used, bad bed, no towell upon arrival, no reception (the building has just some appartments under Baywatch Accomodations), no storeage for luggage, needed to make several phone calls to get brought over towells, no soap (just a small shampoo). Internet did not work. Advertised to accept credit cards. Not true. Cash payment was requested. No change. Same was supposed to be returned later, than the next day in the morning. Finally I have never received my monies and I consider this as embezzlement. I might have forgotten my sunglasses there and advised. I would hear back by text/sms. No reply whatsoever. Supposedly upon my return I was to stay there again but cancelled the reservation due to the above described.

Spacious apartment, stunning view. Likes: I stayed in a large apartment with a breathtaking view. the apartment was spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a great WiFi connection. the staff was helpful and polite.
Air quality issues, noisy surroundings. Dislikes: the apartment had air quality issues, sometimes caused by the air conditioning, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside.

The room was comfortable and we had access to free wifi. The pool area looked nice although we did not get to use it.
The location itself is good, however not a single taxi driver could find it. Make sure you have a map. Even the address was not enough. We had emailed the hotel to notify them of our arrival time being after 2pm and we arrived approx 3pm but still had to wait at least 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned after the previous guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, being close to Manila bay and away from the busy Mall of Asia. We enjoyed the convenience of having finer restaurants nearby and being near the American Embassy center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
For us, it was ideal.

Excellent location, very well equipped apartments/rooms, nice view, best price/quality ratio until staff is included in the equation. Prepare for the worst, and they will still manage to disappoint you. Problems with booking, occupancy and payment. Despite their own homepage, no credit cards are taken. Cash or PayPal are your only choices. If you are prepared to fight your way through the staff you'll be rewarded with a very good value aparthotel.

Location was good and water heater works well.
Poor hygiene and dirty. The room needs immediate refurbishing. Sheets are with stains and pillows need some washing. Safety deposit not functioning. No wired internet and WiFi connection is slow. Vertical blinds are falling. Balcony door cannot be locked.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was perfect for me. I had just come from the Makati Shangri-la after a week of business and wanted something more relaxed.
I did not know I had to pay in cash until I arrived. I guess it was not clear to me during the online booking. I had no cash so I asked the supervisor to walk with me to the atm machine and she did. She was very nice and I felt safe since it was my first time in Manila.

I like that -the staff, Rose was honest and accommodating. -There's free Wi-Fi -free parking(at your own risk) -location to nearby shops and restaurants
I didn't like that: -there was no proper reception place -the place was not fully equipped with basic kitchen requirements E.G. no pans, can opener, wipes, etc -the toilets had no rugs, it's slippery after use so be very careful -there's shortage of towels -the bed sheets used in the master's room were dodgy as if they have not been washed, it looks overused -there was no electricity on the 3rd day but this was due to a bad weather -the curtains definitely need washing esp the one at the bottom of the sink in the master's toilet -there were some doubtful looking containers underneath the cupboards

Nice view to the city, very good quality of the apartman.
The internet is working with cable, should be wifi. Too much ants in the kitchen side.

The place is good like your just staying at home..the very good thing is for me is they have a water dispenser cause I drink a lot of water...it's cheap so it is affordable for you to stay in with your friends if you want to runaway home for awhile..:))
